First method:
- At the beginning remove the back cover and the battery for a couple of seconds.
- Put the battery and the cover back in.
- Turn on the phone by holding the Power button.
Second method:
- Press and hold the Power button until the phone turns off.
- Wait a couple of seconds.
- Finally hold down the Power key again to switch the phone back on.
